Highway Tunnel Supporting Quality Nondestructive Testing Technology Research

With the rapid development of modern highway construction, highway tunnelconstruction in recent years, the scale of increasing length and longer. Tunnels are hiddenworks, security risks can not easily be found, together with the subject detection methods,detection technology, the level of detection limits and limitations of the instrument itself, thereare not any tunnels NDT related specifications, will later directly affect the safe operation ofthe tunnel could. This paper mainly for highway tunnel lining during construction defectssupport, propose a reasonable highway tunnel lining supporting quality nondestructive testingtechnology to ensure the quality of highway tunnel project to reduce road tunnel maintenanceand repair costs, improve road tunnel infrastructure, economic and social benefits.There are two aspects of research papers:(1) Geological radar detection technology methodFirst, the factors that affect the field of geological radar detection, post-processing thatmay exist when a tunnel detection problem analysis, proposed a series of improvements.Secondly, to improve the detection accuracy, optimize the detection parameters, and theestablishment of a tunnel lining1:1model. Through trial and error on the model, optimizingthe correlation detection parameters. Finally, a highway tunnel under construction in ShanxiProvince as the basis, a lot of engineering practice, proposed two-lane and three-lane tunnelsurvey lines different layout, and conducting geological radar precautions when field testing,summarized the geology radar detection method lining quality standard pattern of variousdefects.(2) Detection of acoustic reflection methodTo anchor bolt mechanism, mechanical models, acoustic reflection method as thetheoretical basis, and all kinds of bolt through a variety of model tests, combined with a largenumber of engineering practice, summed up the sound waves reflected waveform qualityunder different anchoring proposed anchor anchoring quality judging level, and givesprecautions reference map and field level under each anchor detection.
