| The study of the theory of the working process of the asphalt pavement milling planer athome and abroad is few; the milling planer operation resistance and the match of millingplaner operation parameters has not been well solved, only on the basis of experience atpresent. An important factor that restricting the in-depth research and development of millingplaner theory is the lack of necessary research method, and the successful design of themilling planer rotor test-bed right make up for the defects.In this paper, on the basis of existing model parameters of milling planer, and combiningwith domestic other similar test-bed design ideas, overall scheme design for milling planerrotor test-bed is conducted, including: the basic function and the parameter requirementsdesign of the test-bed, mechanical structure system design, hydraulic drive system design,control and test system design; the overall modeling for milling planer test-bed was conductedby using the3D modeling software SolidWorks, at the same time two-dimensionalengineering drawings were generated based on AutoCAD, and the following is themanufacturing and processing in the factory, and finally the installation and commissioning.In order to better study the effects of the hydraulic drive system’s performance and loadchanges of milling rotor test-bed on milling rotor speed, the paper conducted hydraulicsimulation with AMESim software.Milling planer rotor test-bed can be as an important means of milling planer theory study,and is of practical significance to the validation of the theoretical research results. Somedesign ideas and methods of the test-bed can be used as a reference to further increase andimprovement of the test-bed. |
