Pavement milling machine is one of the important equipment of plant heat regeneration technology,and it is also the most mature technology of road repair and resurfacing.Foreign milling machine technology is mature,reliable products,2m and above foreign products accounted for more than 80% of the global milling machine market.Domestic milling machine and foreign equipment there is still a large technical gap,the basic research of domestic milling machine started late,not deep and perfect,the operation resistance is big,the operating efficiency is much lower than abroad.The number of the milling asphalt in milling chamber has a direct impact on the operating resistance,the more milling materials are stacked in the milling chamber,there will be repeated crushing,and the milling machine will need to push more waste when moving forward,increasing the milling resistance and running resistance,resulting in waste of power.Therefore,this paper is to study the milling of indoor waste in milling machine operation,find out the causes and influencing factors of waste accumulation,reduce the accumulation of waste in milling room,reduce the resistance and power loss of the operation process,improve the operation efficiency of domestic milling machine.The paper elaborates the structure composition,function,working principle of the milling drum and chamber firstly,analyzes the spiral aggregate and extractor process which provides theoretical support for the simulation of the asphalt waste accumulation in the chamber.Then builds models of milling planner drum and chamber by three-dimensional software proe according to the parameters of W2000 and XM200 K milling planer.On this basis,analyzes the process of asphalt waste accumulation in the chamber through EDEM software in order to understand the laws of asphalt waste accumulation in the chamber and find out factors that may affect the asphalt waste accumulation in the chamber,gets a conclusion that the milling depth,working speed,cast plate installation angle,rotating speed of milling drum,angle of the conveyor belt have different degrees of influence on the asphalt waste accumulation in the chamber.Finally,improves the structure of milling chamber in order to reduce the number of asphalt waste accumulation in the chamber: reducing the distance between scraper and the axis of milling drum,designing a certain angle between thefront baffle plate and the axis of milling drum.And make an emulational comparison between the two different structure of milling chamber,verified the improved structure is better than before.
