| Pavement milling planer is one of the main models of the asphalt pavement maintanceconstruction. Mainly used for the maintance and renovation of aspalt-concrete pavement，such as highway，airport，freight yard and a car park etc. When the planer work, the millingrotor involved in the milling operation directly, the performance parameters of the rotoraffect the planer’s quality directly. To study its performance parameters how impact on theworking quality，it has important significance to increase and improve the working qualityof the milling planer，but also can provide a reference for the planer production.This paper revolves around the relationships of the structure and motion parameters ofthe rotor between the working qualities, mainly conducted the followed research: analyzedthe influence factors of the working quality, calculation the functional relation of thestructure parameters between the working quality. Though to study the rotor parametersdomestic and overseas, got the relationship the rotor diameter between the maximummilling depth. Through to establish the mathematical model of the largest milling Anglewith the rotor diameter and the milling depth, using MATLAB to draw the curve ofmaximum cutting Angle and the milling depth under different rotor diameters. Theinfluence of the helix angle and the throwing plate installation to the recovery rate areanalyzed, and got the criteria of the materials can be collected by the aggregate belt.Established the mathematical model of the speed with depth, and then draw thecharacteristic curve of the depth and speed under the anti-interference and the powermatching condition, and then obtained the best milling point X. The method to calculate themilling speed and the rotor speed according to the optimum milling particle size is obtained.The field experiment of the milling planer are carried out in the end, studied the collecteddata, when the milling depth constant, set the work speed as6m/min can get better workingquality. |
