Rotary drilling rig is the main equipment in the construction of the pile foundationengineering, along with the rapid development of infrastructure in China, especially theinvestment of the high-speed railway construction is constantly increasing, rotary drilling rig’sstatus is also rising in the field of engineering machine, however as a high-power engineeringmachinery equipment for long time working, the energy consumption is quite a huge. How toimprove the work efficiency and reduce fuel consumption, is the urgent problem for us. Aseveryone knows, the hydraulic system is the core of driving system for rotary drilling rig. theconfiguration of hydraulic system and the energy saving technology are studied in this paper,the main contents are as follows:1. On the basis of analysis of150kN·m rotary drilling rig working process, the main loopof the hydraulic system and system matching are studied and analyzed. Presents the mainhydraulic circuit’s energy consumption of the hydraulic system, the distribution of work time,how much to produce useless heating power, so as to find out the condition which is thelongest time, the highest energy consumption, the most useless heating power.2. Main Hoist loop, power head and a pressurized cylinder composite action circuit aretheoretically analyzed and calculated, and the main hydraulic components of parametercalculation and selection.3. Using AMESim software to build simulation model of the hydraulic system, the mainhoist loop and power head pressure cylinder composite action circuit are simulated andanalyzed, analysis results and the theoretical analysis, the calculation results are consistent,the correctness of the theoretical analysis, calculation methods and conclusions are provedfrom the perspective of simulation, the purpose of simulation has achieved.4. Finally, energy saving scheme has been proposed, and the feasibility of the scheme isverified from the view of simulation.
