Under the impetus of the economic development in our country, the real estate industryalso got unprecedented development, the scale is increased year by year. In the developmentof the real estate industry at the same time, people have higher demands for housing security.But as the frequent earthquakes in recent years and building a fire, and the increasing numberof some "tofu" project, high-rise building health aroused people’s concern. The cause ofbuilding a health problem is very important is, however, is not a perfect building healthmonitoring system. So can design a building in a timely manner to provide top maintenancebuilding health monitoring system based on can greatly reducing the loss of nationalconstruction, to ensure the safety of people’s life, this design reasonably, it is imperative to do.As is known to all, in today’s society the Internet of things technology developing rapidly,its application in the building has become a hot topic. With the increase of people’s life qualitypursue, a health and safety of residence has become people’s necessary, building healthmonitoring system based on the technology of Internet of things has become the effectiveguarantee of high-rise building safety.Based on pay, binjiang international phase ii in17th floor as the research object, thebuilding health monitoring system based on Internet of things technology is studied anddesigned. The main contents include the following aspects:(1) With multiple sensors for real-time monitoring. From building stress, slope,temperature and humidity, the concentration of the smoke four aspects to the selection ofsensors and the layout, using multi-sensor data real-time acquisition to the health of building.(2) The ZigBee wireless transmission technology is applied to the construction industry.By ZigBee selection and data sending and receiving the study design, using ZigBeetechnology collected in the multi-sensor data wireless transmission to the terminal, ZigBee inbuilding the application of health monitoring, promoted the industrial automation andconstruction of "friendly cooperation", also promote the development of the intelligentbuilding. (3) Using LabVIEW software building monitoring data processing. The wirelesstransmission to the monitoring data of the LabVIEW software for processing, realize thefuzzy control algorithm, by identifying the building health data processing results.This system using the advanced Internet technology, with low cost, accurate to completethe building of health monitoring, provide the basis for building maintenance, to guarantee thebuilding safety and residents’ life safety is of great significance.
