In recent years, China’s highway and railway career has developed rapidly, followed by essential tunnel construction in some areas. In the traffic construction of special areas like mountainous areas, a large number of tunnel constructions are needed, and many tunnel constructions have characteristics that the length is more and more long, the buried depth is more and more deep, the cross section more and more large. These characteristics of tunnel projects increase great d ifficulty to construction, and it’s also a big challenge to the construction management and technology of the construction unit,construction risk also increases significantly. So as to ensure the safety of tunnel construction, tunnel construction monitoring becomes more important. Effective monitoring method can not only achieves timely security warning in the construction process, but also helps the construction unit to achieve effic ient dispatching.In order to achieve the effective monitoring of tunnel construction process, a tunnel construction monitoring system based on Zig Bee is gave out to ensure the safety and effic ient conducting of tunnel construction. Aimed at several problems may arise in the current tunnel construction process, the basic structure of the system is designed as follows: firstly, the environment monitoring system is a very important part. It is necessary to monitor some basic environmental information and the unexpected environmental condition may occur during construction process, to achieve real-time monitoring of basic environmental information like temperature & humid ity and environmental conditions have threats to the construction including dust & gas concentration through wireless communication technology; secondly, because personnel safety and dispatching are also important in the construction process, the personnel monitoring system is also very useful in the system. So construction personnel location tracking and fully control of live construction of the tunnel are achieved through Zig Bee wireless network, providing real-time information to ensure timely rescue when accident occurs. The main research contents are as follows:(1)The difficulties and main problems of tunnel monitoring have been analyzed and summarized. Through seminars about the current research state and application situation of various monitoring system, the analysis appears some shortcomings of tunnel monitoring system. Problems needed to solve and achieving difficulties to realize a more reasonable and effective tunnel construction monitoring system are also proposed.(2)The data acquisition and wireless transmission problems of tunnel environmental monitoring system have been studied. In order to ensure that the construction workers have a good and safe working environment, the construction environment should be monitored during the tunnel construction process. To ensure the credibility and timeliness of the data collected, the Zig Bee wireless communication techno logy of the Internet of things technology is applied for data acquisition and wireless transmission in system, and it can also solve hardware trouble in the trad itional wired monitoring system.(3)Personnel positioning and monitoring methods have been studied to find one method that suits tunnel construction characteristics and environment. Compared to the complex construction environment such as coal, the tunnel is a relatively simp le construction environment, but now the tunnels built are becoming more and more long, so it is necessary to monitor the construction workers to ensure the safety of construction. Due to the structure of the construction environment is relatively s imp le, complex precise positioning method is not necessary in the system,and a fuzzy positioning method is useful to monitor the basic position of the construction personnel. In this way, it can reduce the calculation amount of nodes, reducing power consumption.(4)The specific method of tunnel construction monitoring system has been studied and achieved. Zig Bee wireless communication techno logy and sensor technology are used together to realize data acquis ition and real-time transmission, and the fuzzy location of construction personnel is achieved through simple communication process between nodes, in order to achieve a comprehensive monitoring of tunnel construction.After the experimental measurement and verification in laboratory, the tunnel construction monitoring system based on Zig Bee can firstly accurately collect data of relevant environmental parameters, including temperature and humid ity, gas concentration, dust, etc., and successfully upload the data to PC, basically achieving the real-time monitoring of the environment. In the part of personnel location, location node can receive the number of reference node close to it and two reference node numbers received latest can be displayed on PC monitor screen,achieving the basic positioning. |
