Flexible bracket system is necessary equipment in the shipbuilding industryshipbuilding system, it laid a good physical environment forming of ship hull plate,providing greater convenience and flexible bracket flexibility for ship hull plate formingdifferent values, because it is unlike traditional bracket whick is fixed size or only in onedirection, flexible bracket can run longitudinally, and the vertex can be adjusted by screw.General flexible bracket system have hundreds of individual flexible bracket, previous withwork experience is to adjust screw height, so it does not meet the requirements of3Dsurface. In order to improve the surface accuracy and hull plate surface forging efficiency,in this study, a network control system scheme based on real-time acquisition, screw height,and strive to control computer on the falsework system, in order to achieve the overallcontrol of the whole frame system.Firstly, this paper introduces the generation and development of flexible bracketsystem, this paper expounds the developing situation of domestic shipbuilding technology,and working principle of the flexible bracket, network control system, communicationmode of work flow in detail. Finally introduced on the ship hull plate forming techniquesused in surface fitting algorithm, and against a ship hull plate value fitting surface,calculate the screw height.Secondly, explaining the system involved in the protocol, the hardware and software.The flexible bracket network control system should not only realize data transmission fieldto send, receive data, but also for the remote control according to the site of the returneddata to achieve the data transmission site also send, receive data, but also for the remotecontrol according to the site of the returned data. Therefore, in the design of the ARM9based processors to satisfy the high speed, real time, can control, stability and reliabilityneed. Firstly, the whole system processor selection and research, then select DM9000cardfor network communication as the main chip of network communication, can extend theremote interface based on CAN bus, and can be connected with various I/O and intelligentdevices, it is not only for the connection to collect data interface, but also for future worksuch as: on site monitoring, the outer plate temperature information collection providesinterface.Finally, a summary of this paper and prospect, summarizing the work of the issue andintroducing to need improving the local flexible bracket, which help to study further aboutflexible bracket network control system...
