With the rapid development of city construction,the construction of fast-track has become an important way to relieve the urban traffic congestion and to improve the comprehensive carrying capacity of city.The construction technology level of overpass directly affects the development speed of the fast-track construction project in city.On the background of fast-track flyover on Jingguang-Shakou road of Zhengzhou,this paper researches and summarizes the key construction technology,through the calculation of construction stage,guides smoothly the progress of construction,ensures construction safety and economic.The main content are as follows:(1)The main bridge crosses Jinshui River and flyover on Jianshe Road,erecting bracket of the superstructures of the bridge is the key of construction.To ensure the safety,efficiency and economic rationality of construction process,this paper,compared and demonstrated the different erecting bracket program and finally select the best construction program.(2)In this paper,the bracket of box girder construction of the main bridge were computed and analyzed systematically.Construction bracket included template bracket,the upper full pipe scaffold,321-type Bailey Beams and steel tube piles,steel shores,etc.the systematic calculation guided smoothly the progress of construction,provided reference for the same type of bridge or construction of other similar building.(3)This paper introduced briefly the construction method of the bracket,it also described in detail pre-pressure design,construction processes and data analysis of the bracket.(4)Introduced the key construction technology of prestressed concrete continuous box girder of main bridge,including the main technical problems of box girder formwork engineering,reinforcement works,concrete works and construction of box girder prestressing system.
