In recent years, our country steel bridge manufacturing has made a great progress and improvement in the computer application, the introduction of advanced equipment. In order to further explore the possibility of steel bridge digital simulation preassembled, this paper introduced TRITOP high precision optical3D positioning measuring system is developed by GOM company, this paper test preassembled steel bridge components and analyze the effectiveness on the system.Firstly, this paper apply TRITOP system to test for common steel bridge components in the laboratory, and put forward the test methods, include layout scheme, taking pictures and TRITOP calculation method, then, a segment of a steel truss bridge by the group in Qinhuangdao Shanhaiguan bridge factory preassembled (I-shaped beam G3, G4, box girder A1Y and node E2) for field testing research, this paper analyze statistical characteristics of tested data, research the a number of measuring points the impact on the accuracy of analysis results, and analyze the measuring points optimization, in order to use the less measuring points to achieve the full and effective tested data.The tested results show that layout scheme, taking pictures and calculation method of TRITOP is proposed by this paper is effective. The test from the bridge factory normal distribution of4components data can be seen that the tested data distribution play an important role on the precision of the measurement, the effect on tested components manufacturing precision mainly from cutting, plate thickness and welding deformation. Considering the role of marked points and the discrete tested data, the number of uncoded points are arranged should be no less than the coded points number, the arrangement of measuring points can achieve good results by simplify, when use4,5,6measuring points,the calculation results compared to the whole sample average have a large deviation, it is suggested that use7to10measuring points arrange. The production of precision and Kong Qun distance field testing bridge members (including transverse, longitudinal offset value) detected project in compliance with the specification requirements.
