The face of the great process of global sustainable development, ecologicalbuilding design is the positive response to the ecological crisis and the energycrisis in the construction industry. It is turning to a new direction in today’sEco-design which it seek to achieve people, architecture and natural to harmonydevelopments. Ecological building design is still in the development stage inChina, and lack of research of ecological architecture is widely used practice.However, the Hakka houses is a ecology residential community, to ecologicalinterpretation of Hakka enclosed practices in line with the development prospectsof the background of the energy crisis and ecological construction, which alsomakes this study becomes particularly important.Firstly, the related research through field research, the p henomenon ofbackground research methods. Summary the ecological pattern of southtraditional houses with West Fujian Hakka Tulou, Yunnan “a seal” andDry-column construction. Combine with the relevant theory and practice to sortout, summarize the development of Hakka culture and context of ShenzhenLonggang Castle-wai house. On the basis of it through further research to thestatus quo, based on the ecological perspective, to make the detailedinterpretation of the dawanshiju’s ecological practices. Through the analysis ofphysical space environment research and field measurements and simulation ofthe physical environment, summed the use of ecological practices with physicalspace environment and physical environment.Dawanshiju is a residential buildings which has original ecological patterns,with a comfortable thermal environment, acoustic environment and landscapeenvironment. Its physical space as follows: The overall layout suitable for localclimatic conditions and geographical environment; it has a complete drainagesystem; efficient use of water resources; using the original ecologicalconstruction materials; ecological vegetation landscape conducive tomicro-climate regulation. Physical environment as follows: Dawanshiju has goodventilation. The main ventilation design techniques have: Microenvironment useof terrain and ventilation; tunnel guide the airflow to ventilate; design ventsventilation, patio ventilation, windows convection ventilation, etc. However, byclever insulation design, great eternal home has a livable thermal environment.The design techniques have the overall layout of shade, set transitional space,shade structures to block off heat conduction and radiation to reduce heatexchange. However, eco-design techniques of the traditional houses are no longer fullymeet today’s era background.Contrary to modern architecture characteristics proposed optimal design: Afterreasonable adjustments for the apartment, First, using of landscape plants todesign for the micro-climate regulation; the second is the window convectionventilation and patio to pull air design; Third, shading insulation and transitionalspace design. Finally, formate the optimized design which the landscape, windenvironment and thermal environment get a good improvement.Through simulation optimization comparison with the original plan, analyzeresults: wind environment, thermal environment and the landscape environmenthas significantly improved in the optimization design. Using of design techniquefrom the traditional residential to proposed optimization method againstresidential real problem today. Finally, a comparative study using simulationanalysis design techniques, with some feasibility and replicability in today’sdesign. Finally this study method has certain feasibility and promotion in today’sdesign field.
