The electric power industry is a basal industry which is related to economy and the people’s livelihood. Since China’s reform in1990s,the monopoly has been gradually replaced by competition due to the government separation from enterprises, factories from the grid companies.In general,industry market-oriented reform is not yet completed and corporatization operation for enterprise needs to be improved.In order to meet the demands of economic development and social progress,as well as the further power reform,it is necessary for China’s grid enterprise to learn the advanced experience from foreign grid enterprises through innovation operation management for the smart power grid so as to promote the harmonious development of power grid and better support China’s economic and social development and progress.With the high-speed development of economy, users ask for more requirements of meter function and performance as the power consumption is significantly increasing.Recently,The multi-function three-phase meters with direct connection have attracted much attention,based on current sampled by shunt, measurement with wide range,external magnetic field immunity, DC saturation resistance,etc.however, three-phase meter cannot meet people’s dimand due to the poor communication distance,limited active parameters record and higher cost(each Three-phase converter module need a separate power model to supply).Therefore, multi-functional meters with low cost,high performance are in high demand.The dissertation comprehensively introduces a SOC wireless electrical meter based on71M6543. The low cost three-phase LCD meter meets all technical requirements for class1and2static meter,complied with IEC62052-11:2003and IEC62053-21:2003. Aiming at measuring three-phase AC electricity with frequency of50Hz/60Hz and voltage of220V/230V,shut for three-phases and measurement for active and reactive energy is applied.Resistance to strong magnetic and DC saturation is accomplished, and current measurement range reaches around200A. The meters promote the traditional power system reform, improve the power management,and construct a strong smart power grid to make the corresponding contribution, at the same time achieve the advanced level globally.
