This paper was expounds the present situation of Fuxin and the development of construction industry in recent years, summaried the causes of construction accidents and indicated the shortages of Fuxin city construction industry safety management. Through the analysis, I though, Fuxin city security problems of the construction industry is not beyond the category of the construction industry as a whole, but it has its own cultural characteristics. This was possibly lead to construction industry worker making the counterproductive behavior. Accoding to this reason, I proposed research focus on the industry in Fuxin building construction industry for the worker’s safety behavior.According to lewin group dynamics theory to carry out the preliminary questionnaire, put forward hypothesis. Using of method of Likert5. Design of the questionnaire which on the basis of counterproductive behavior of Fuxin building construction industry worker, pressure of working, jod burnout,improper supervision, organization, unfair, negative emotions, and basic psychological needs and model specification. After the pre-test questionnaire, it was proved the reliability and practicability of the eight scales, through formal questionnaire tested the scale effectiveness and reliability.Inducing counterproductive behaviorof buliding workers is divided into two categories offer a model and active type transgressions by SPSS18.0and AMOS7.0. Stduied on counterproductive behavior types of Fuxin construction industry workers, and analyzed the present situation of the counterproductive behavior.Through analysis of demographic variables and the production behavior analysis of variance, it is indiaction that counterproductive behavior of Fuxin construction industry workers was high standard about average of3.23. This is mean that most construction workers tend to adopt the method of demotivation. Fuxin construction industry workers tend to harm slight task oriented counterproductive behavior. It was exist great different of age, seniority,level of eduction and way to work of counterproductive behavior of Fuxin construction industry workers. Analysis on12hypothesis, pressure and seniority of building construction, negative emotion, basis need to meeting. These factors together with model specification to explain the construction workers counterproductive behavior of variance of70%; Athough10hypothesis was cheched(expert that H3and H5have not checked), it was able to explain the formation mechanism of counterproductive behavior of construction workers. Proposed build up identification system of construction industry regulators unified regulatory file of dynamic management by construction workers id-card number, and to carry out moral training and dissemination education. In order to prevention and management of counterproductive behavior of construction workers, helding prevention curriculum based on training of conflict management and negative leadership behavior experiential for construction workers. Putting forward a method that plan of employees help earch other combined with the method of improving the construction workers benefit expression mechanism, counterproductive behavior intervention construction workers. Putting forward a incentive system of building security responsibility,through this way builded up cultural shift safety responsibility and established and improved the construction workers counterproductive behavior management strategies.
