The Research On The Application Of Wood-plastic Pallets Based On Green Logistics

At present, the WPC industry in China is developing rapidly. It will step into a booming spring under the dual promotion of national circular economy and enterprise benefit. With the increasingly scarce of forest resources, the development of new type environmentally friendly materials is an inevitable trend in future. As one of the most important logistics equipment throughout the logistics process, it plays an irreplaceable role, especially in the process of loading, unloading and transport. The reducing of forest resources undoubtedly will drive a higher cost on tray and this is also a major subject in domestic and overseas currently. Concepts such as green, environmental, economic have become main stream as the sustainable development is proposed. It can not only bring benefits of economic, social and environmental protection by using the new type pallet made from wood flour, bamboo shavings, rice husk and waste plastics, but also can promote the development of China’s WPC industry.Firstly, the background and significance of thesis was introduced, the current situation of the new type environmental logging materials were analyzed and the status of WPC industry in domestic and overseas were showed by summarizing abundant literature. The paper also addresses the importance of green logistics packaging materials in modern society on the theory of green logistics. Secondly, The technological process of wood-plastic composites incorporated the manufacturing technique of the wood-plastic composites as well as the actual processing of the tray was studied. Then, A mechanics analysis model of the new type environmental protection wood-plastic pallet is established through its mechanics analyzing with the mechanical related theory, and the mechanical experiment was carried out. Finally, The advantages of resources and the performance of new type environmental friendly wood-plastic pallets are fully embodied through compared the wood-plastic pallets and wooden pallets, which clarified the application prospect of the development of new type environmental friendly wood-plastic pallets, as well as, developing new type environmental friendly wood-plastic pallets and some problems were put forwarded. The new type environmental friendly wood-plastic pallets were laid a firm foundation on wood-plastic pallets further research. It provides a basis to establish a multi-transport system through the study of new type environmental friendly wood-plastic pallets, which has a profound impact of promote the standardization of pallets and the development of logistics technology in our country.
