In recent years, China’s wood-plastic pallet industry follow the trend of the times, adapt to the concept of sustainable development, has entered a rapid growth stage. Because the wood-plastic pallet has the advantages of environmental protection, green, low carbon, recyclable etc., it has been popularized by governments all countries in the world, but China’s wood-plastic pallet don’t have a perfect test standard, which is very difficult to be recognized in the international market.This paper focused on the wood-plastic pallet, the main failure of performance by the theoretical study, the finite element simulation analysis, experimental validation and other methods to study the wood-plastic pallet, provides the theory basis and the corresponding method for testing wood-plastic pallet standard, has a profound influence on the development of wood-plastic pallet standard.The main research content of this paper includes the following several parts:1. Wood-plastic pallet has dual advantages, but we can not blindly copy the wood and plastics related standards to check the wood-plastic pallet. In this paper, according to describe the development status of domestic wood-plastic pallet and its application field, we can get the wood-plastic pallet standardization of the significance and the necessity of establishing the wood-plastic pallet standard.2. This paper using the relevant theory, to analyze the mechanical properties of wood-plastic pallet under the different operating conditions, and then we can get the most vulnerable parts and bearing characteristics. And through the wood-plastic pallet circulation environment, loading type, material selection, preparation and put forward the main influence factors of wood-plastic pallet include that water absorption, linear expansion coefficient, nail holding power. And its main check contents are:the static load test, stacking, bending, impact, drop and other projects.3. Through the simulation analysis of flexural, compressive properties of wood-plastic pallet of the test the maximum failure load and technical standards. And through experiment verify the feasibility get the wood-plastic pallet detection method. Finally we make a wood-plastic pallet inspection standard.
