By the end of2012, China railway has ben operating total mileage above98000kilometers, which is the second largest in the world. Also China’s high-speed rail operating total mileage is the first largest in the word, up to9536kilometers. Such a long vehicles run, will inevitably cause loss, wear and tear parts. Also, trains often exposed in our country, easy to cause corrosion, so as to increase the risk of railway transportation safety. And railway maintenance production technology is to ensure that the vehicle in good condition, prompting the key to driving safety, but the railway maintenance also can appear some security accidents during production, and this is bound to affect the overall operation of the railway. So how to manage the railway maintenance production safety risk has become a major focus in the study.In this thesis, firstly, introduce the risk management and the development of railway maintenance production and process, the research status and characteristics of railway maintenance production risk management objectives, general process and research status, proposes the corresponding research contents, research methods and technical route. And car depot in Shijiazhuang railway maintenance production as the research object, introduces the basic situation and the present situation of railway maintenance, and the Shijiazhuang vehicle maintenance production safety risk source recognition and analyses, from personnel, machinery equipment, spare parts and materials and organization management coordination and environment five aspects analyzes the influence factors. On this basis, has established the shijiazhuang railway car depot maintenance production safety risk assessment index system and evaluation model, and introduces multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantitatively calculates the indexes at all levels and influencing factors of weight and finally concludes that the risk level. According to the level of risk and the likelihood of occurrence, gives the Shijiazhuang railway car depot maintenance production safety risk evaluation matrix, and the risk acceptance criteria. Finally, gives the "Six Aspect", the safety risk management methods, and achieved after the implementation of the methods of direct and indirect benefits are analyzed.Finally, on the paper work is summarized, and further research were discussed.
