Along with the social progress and development, the sludge reduction, harmless andrecycling process is accelerated, to adopt advanced technology for sludge disposal is theneed of social development. At home and abroad in recent years, more and moreenterprises adopt drying technology for harmless and recycling of the sludge. Drying isconsumes energy, how to use minimum energy consumption, obtain ideal drying effect, hasbeen engaged in the sludge disposal at home and abroad enterprises and researchers of oneof the problems. Through previous studies, this paper proposes using boiler flue gas wasteheat to harmless and recycling of municipal sludge. Paper mainly around the dispersioneffect, improve the efficiency of sludge drying and improve sludge drying equipmentoptimization design of the key structure to carry out the "energy saving low temperaturemore than tropical type vibration sludge drying technology" research.Paper firstly based on the research of the sludge drying status quo at home and abroad,puts forward adopting strip sludge (that is, the change of sludge drying form) and themethod of using vibration change plane three-dimensional dry, dry as to improve theefficiency of sludge drying, establish project follow-up studies as the research directionand content. And through the study of the nature of the sludge and belt type sludge dryingprocess, identified the "more than a kind of energy saving low temperature tropical typevibration sludge drying technology solution".On the basis of the above plan through to the belt type sludge drying process ofmoisture, temperature and vibration CAM vibration analysis, build the belt type vibrationmathematical model of drying system. And by using finite element analysis softwareANSYS and the multi-objective optimization of the tool post, shear extrusion device typesludge shaft and drive shaft and other key parts of the system has carried on the stress and modal analysis, finally using the FLUENT software has the hot air nozzle, heat pipeline,dry van body parts, such as process numerical simulation was carried out, thus laid afoundation for the follow-up study for the subject.
