Tire belt machine is a kind of rapid and efficient equipment,has the characteristics of multi purpose and mobile,able to materials in various conditions of sustainable transportation,and its application is very wide,can be of various kinds of concrete and particle materials transportation,have been widely used in multiple fields of water conservancy engineering,mine engineering,roads,bridges,civil construction,national defense engineering construction,due to the tire belt machine good performance and in the society in recent years on the demand is high.Therefore,the tire belt machine market prospect relatively broad.Although there are some research on the design and characteristics of the vehicle belt conveyor at home and abroad,it has certain guiding significance.But there is little research on the type of tire belt needed in the need of the situation.This paper studies the key technologies of the parametric modeling of different types of tire belt machine and the automatic assembly of the main structure of the belt conveyor.In the design and development stage,different types of tire belt machine design,mainly including the selection of the type of components,the size of the main structure of different design,etc..Therefore,for the design of the tire with machine type,can quickly will need element type selection and between the parametric modeling and part automatic assembly,it can greatly improve the work efficiency of the designers.The TDJ50 fetal machine as the research object,based on access database software,according to the different types of tire belt machine required components,conveying system component types to establish a database,using VB as a development tool,parametric modeling design system,making design personnel can according to the input parameters to quickly find the required element types and automation model is established.At the same time,combined with the Access database,the use of VB,in the Solid Works to complete the automatic assembly of themain structure of the tire belt machine.Finally,the use of Max 3Ds 3D software,the production of the tire belt machine and its supporting equipment rendering animation,showing the whole work process of the tire belt machine.Through this research,enables developers to quickly check out the type of main components of different series of tire belt machine required,then the parameterized modeling.At the same time,the research of the automatic assembly is the main node of tire belt machine,also enable the developers to design,reduce design time,greatly improve work efficiency.The whole work flow of the tire belt machine animation design,can make people better,faster understanding of the specific use of the belt and the role of.In this paper,the research on the virtual key technology of the tire belt machine is of guiding significance for the development and design of the belt conveyor.
