For the precise and smoothly requirements of the Filling Machine, its dynamic characteristic analysis is particularly important. This article analyzed the feature of the timing belt's structure and properties based on the summarized the timing belt's development at home and abroad. with the timing belt system of a self-developed new liquid filling machine as the research object, use RecurDyn software platform, around the theory of flexible multi-body system dynamics, studied the timing belt model and it's dynamics, researched the problem of avoid resonance during the timing belt work, And proposed optimization solutions. The work has been done as follows:At first, according to the timing belt's structure and the characteristics, Analyzed the force and polygon effect on the timing belt,and the related excitation frequency. used the string model and the beam model to study the timing belt's lateral vibration, and used the torsional vibration model to study the timing belt system's vertical vibration.Secondly, Based on flexible multi-body dynamics theory, use the Finite segment method to discrete infinite degree of freedom flexible body.Get the general form of free flexible body dynamic equations according to the virtual displacement principle and d'Alembert's principle, which laid a theoretical foundation for the timing belt system dynamic simulation.Next, a dynamic finite element model of cable structure was established by the relative coordinate relationship and recursive algorithm, Based on the theoretical basis of use Finite Segment Method to establish flexible multi-body dynamic equations,to discreted the timing belt as rigid belt elements and flexible connections, And used the relative coordinate kinetic to establish the timing belt model. Used the foreign new-generation flexible multi-body dynamics software RecurDyn which based on relative coordinate system and the recursive algorithm to establish dynamic simulation model of filling machine timing belt system, simulated and analyzed the timing belt system work process, The simulation results intuitively describes the running process of the timing belt system, And get the required system dynamic parameters and kinetic parameters curves.At last, According to structural characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the timing belt, given the avoid the resonance and reduce vibration design methods which used suitable initial tension and reduce the distance of the belt pulley indirectly, and optimized filling machine timing belt system with this method. Simulation results show that this optimization can avoid the resonance and reduce vibration effectively, which make the filling machine timing belt system run smoothlyWith the above research, this paper gave the general form of the dynamic model of filling machine timing belt system,and gave the methods and steps of modeling the virtual prototype of the impact dynamic model system of filling machine timing belt system, which provides a good solution for the design and study filling machine timing belt system.
