Through all ages,the inception,development,prosperity and decline of ancient towns are closely related to commerce.In the market economy,as an effective way for the transformation,the tourism development has mostly become a conservation and development mode commonly used in ancient towns.With the further development of tourism,commerce has often led to the contradiction between local cultural heritage and economic development of tourism,which has been staying in a game state for a long time.It has drawn core attention of the academic world on whether the development of tourism business is a protective development or commercial destruction.In order to strengthen the protection and management of the Historical Famous Towns,it has been specifically legislated in china and required to make the "Protection Plan of the Historical Famous Towns" to coordinate the relationship between construction.The protection planning is a comprehensive and macro subject and which emphasizes the protection and inheritance of the tangible culture rather.There is no more future and more specific rules for the long-term development and protective development and exploitation in the region.From the perspective of the development of the ancient town,in the early stage of development,business played a major role in town's development and provided a convergent service of living for residents.However,space resources hen of the ancient town as a tourism product is brought to marker,the development of commercial model not need to meet the needs of residents,but also need to meet the needs of different tourist groups.Therefore,the improvement of tourism commercials is an inevitable choice for the transformation of the ancient town from the original a tourist destination.As China enters a new era of tourism consumption,ancient town tourism will also make future development or reorganization.How to realize the effective combination between business development and protection planning of ancient towns,which make the tourism business planning becomes an important organic part of protection planning,promote the urban planning more scientific and rational,coordinate the relationship between protection and development of ancient towns,and the achieve sustainable win-win situation for the development and cultural protection of ancient towns.This is the original intention of choosing this subject.This article based on commerce models,attempts to integrate the two parallel and independent operating systems,It takes Qingyan Ancient Town as the example,and strives to achieve the promotion of the ancient town's cultural brand in virtuous cycle as well as do some basic work on the aspect of research for the coordination and development between the commercial planning and historical cultural protection planning.The article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction which includes concerns the background objectives contents,methods,and technical routes.The second chapter is the summary.It concerns the definition of targets and range on research,and make the summarization of the related research trends and progress of the ancient town in recent years.From the chapters third to fifth are the main part of this thesis.At the third chapter,it summarizes and analyzes the existing problems in the tourism business development of the ancient towns in China,and uses Wuzhen and Nianhua Bay as the case study to gain some helpful experience as well as brings up following strategies.At The fourth chapter,it proposes the planning strategy for the promotion of tourism industry from five aspects,including the idea and method,function structure,business system,planning layout,and system design.At The fifth chapter takes Qingyan Ancient Town as an example,and applies the strategy to the practice.At 6th Chapter,it summarizes the key points of the article,and puts forwarded ideas for improvement that can be used for the same of ancient towns type or which have similar problems during development.
