Abstract/Summary:
Ship’s variety of effective connectivity and collaboration between mechanical equipment bypiping system to be completed. As an integral part of the production, the piping has beenconcerned about the technology and engineering personnel, their production, fabrication andinstallation of shipbuilding projects have become an important content. The piping system playan important role in design and manufacture of ship, this paper bases on12000DWT bulk carrierpipeline information, explores digital technology of the piping specification process, establishesa relevant process information database, designs a system to view craft of the pipe. And in thesimulation platform to realize the roaming view of pipe technology content. To realize thefunction of each part, the paper completes the following work content of several parts:The first part bases on the piping data of12000DWT bulk carriers on TRIBON andcollection. And which analyzes the various parts of the pipeline system accessories materials,dimensions, standards and other relevant information technology. Application of AutoCAD todraw some of the graphics pipeline accessories, system graphics, etc.The second part bases on the collected piping data to establish a Access database. Andaccording to the category to all parts of the pipe data separately stored in different tables.The third part is on the basis of the database, and uses Visual Basic6.0to design a viewsystem and connect to the database to examine the technology content in the system can querythe database at any time. The view system is divided into common accessories, pipeline systemand data table view, which is through the programming to complete the function of each part.Each part is according to display the address of the content to open the corresponding graphics,text, data calculation.The fourth part uses the function of VRP can be directly connected to the Access database,connects ship line model of VRP with the corresponding database information and the CADgraphics pipe connection, so as to realize the piping process database interactions with the dataof the simulation model. On the VRP scenario of the ship, VRP script editor can define thetrigger function of implements for pipe roaming view of the model. In addition, the article alsodefines a function to call in VRP script editor, which can open the view system in the simulationplatform.
