Hot automobile market to industry brought unprecedented opportunities and pressures. Faced with these challenges and opportunities, engineers need to develop more efficient and high-precision equipment. Combination machine is a choice,In this thesis, five-position valve rocker arm parts processing unit for the object to start research and analysis.First, the treatment and processing of parts for the valve rocker process analysis, location analysis and tolerance analysis also identified the type of production parts by calculating the production program for mass production. Determine the overall scheme of the processing unit is based on a five-station rotary indexing units processing program.Then, create a computer-aided design model of a key component of the five-station. Object modeling using SolidWorks modeling include:precision turntable power unit power head, slide, bearing seat, base, fixtures and control systems.Next, create a finite element model of the five key components of the station valve rocker arm parts processing unit. By modal analysis of the bed and static analysis, comparing the reliability of the individual processing units working in conditionsDifferent ways to connect and feet bound bed head bearing and power, and the spring unit to take a different stiffness, the natural frequency of the bed system were compared and analyzed research; bed system for three different conditions stress, displacement deformation analyzes calculated and compared.Finally, based on multi-body dynamics theory, the use of ADAMS to systematically study the dynamics and cutting stability of the five-position rocker parts processing unit.
