The Formalization And Design For Civil Public Facilities

Civil public facility is the significant part of urban landscape, how to integrate with surroundings, how to embody the city’s civilization and culture, and also how to reflect the living condition of urban population. We should take in-depth analyze and value the formalization and design for civil public facilities.Nowadays, urban population can’t live without public facilities, which is closely linked to people’s living and considered as outdoor assisted amenities. This paper is amine to discuss how to form a design which can not only reflect the flavour of rapidly daily changes, but also can be multi-functional, practical, on the beauty form of art, more importantly, offer a comfort, convenient, efficient urban life.The formalization and design of public facilities should be considered from the point of view of serving the public. People-oriented, is the key spirit of our party and implanted in the development process, also the reflection of fundamental purpose that serving public wholeheartedly by Chinese Communist Party. Thus, the formalization and design shall be people-oriented, functional, practical, as well as adaptive to the ’Green Design’, i.g.3R throughout the whole process.The existence and evolution indicates the civilization and development of a city, meanwhile, it’s the beauty of landscape, which shows the beauty form of art, unique culture charms, and more vitality. However, China is still a developing country, the construction of civil facilities starts relatively late, and there are various issues from different cities, thus we should find the problem, take in-depth investigation and find a proper solution, meanwhile we can learn from the case-study of foreign projects in terms of design, implementation and maintenance, which we can take advantages and accelerate our design and implementation for public facilities.
