Urban public service facilities are an important part of urban public services,its spatial distribution is closely related to the quality of life of residents,with the growth of China’s economy,the public puts forward higher requirements for public service facilities,but due to the centralized allocation of resources in the process of urbanization,resulting in different areas of residents to obtain public service facilities opportunities are different,how to ensure the reasonable and efficient supply of urban public service facilities,to create a fair and efficient urban living environment is the top priority of today’s urban construction.Therefore,taking the public service facilities in the First Ring Expressway of Chengdu as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation of public service facilities by using ArcGIS software on the basis of the type division of public service facilities,calculates the cumulative accessibility of various facilities,evaluates the fairness and functional complexity of public service facilities on the basis of cumulative accessibility,explores the influencing factors of accessibility,fairness and functional compounding,and finally puts forward optimization suggestions for the configuration of public service facilities within the scope of research.The details are as follows:(1)The current situation of public service facilitiesThe nuclear density analysis method was used to analyze large categories of public service facilities,and the results showed that the nuclear density of all facilities,shopping facilities,catering facilities,business facilities,transportation facilities,sanitation facilities and other facilities was clustered,while the nuclear density distribution of cultural facilities,educational facilities,sports facilities,medical facilities,entertainment facilities,public facilities and green space facilities was relatively discrete.All kinds of facilities in the study area are distributed in the second ring road,and the distribution state is strong in the west and weak in the east in the third ring road.Using the service area analysis function to calculate the coverage of small categories of public service facilities,the results show that the comprehensive coverage of all kinds of public service facilities is low,especially the kindergarten,primary school,middle school,etc.in sports facilities,cultural facilities and educational facilities,and the overall coverage of basic public service facilities is low,from the perspective of administrative districts,the comprehensive coverage of each administrative district is Wuhou District> Qingyang District>Jinjiang District> Jinniu District> Chenghua District> Xindu District > Longquanyi District.(2)Evaluation of public service facilitiesUsing the cumulative opportunity method to calculate accessibility,the results show that among the large categories of public service facilities,the accessibility of catering facilities and shopping facilities is the best,the accessibility of green space facilities and cultural facilities is poor,the average score of cumulative opportunity accessibility of Chinese cuisine and other shopping facilities is the highest among the small categories of public service facilities,and the average score of science and technology museums is the lowest.In terms of spatial distribution,the research units with good cumulative accessibility of major types of public service facilities are mainly located within the third ring road,and the difference between outside the third ring road and inside the third ring road is obvious.The location entropy was used to judge the fairness of public service facilities,and the results showed that the location entropy of all kinds of facilities in the study area was low,the location entropy value was higher in the north and southwest of the study area,and although the number of facilities in the central area was large,the location entropy value was lower due to the agglomeration distribution of population.The type ratio method was used to judge the functional complexity of public service facilities,and the results showed that the proportion of cells of various composite functions in the study area was one composite function> balanced composite function> single function> two composite functions> three composite functions.Using the equal-weight weighting method to comprehensively judge the configuration of public service facilities,it is found that the research units with the highest comprehensive scores of public service facilities are mainly located within the third ring road,which is better than outside the third ring road,and the west side is better than the east side.Using the bivariate spatial autocorrelation method to analyze the spatial relationship between fairness and functional complexity,it is found that in the center and south of the study area,good functional complexity is often accompanied by good fairness,residents can better get better public services,the fairness and functional complexity on the north side of the study area are low or unbalanced,and the construction level of public service facilities needs to be improved.(3)Influencing factors and optimization strategiesRegression analysis was used to study the influencing factors of public service facility configuration,and the results showed that the distance from the city center and the road network density positively affected the accessibility,fairness and functional compounding.At the same time,population density negatively affects fairness,and housing price negatively affects functional complexity.The model of accessibility of various public service facilities as control variables shows that the accessibility of cultural facilities,educational facilities,sports facilities,catering facilities,public facilities,sanitation facilities and green space facilities positively affects fairness,catering facility accessibility,transportation facilities accessibility and medical facilities positively affect functional complexity,shopping facility accessibility,sanitation facilities accessibility and business facilities negatively affect functional complexity.Combined with the above analysis,according to the current situation,evaluation and influencing factors,the problems existing in the current public service facilities are found,and the optimization suggestions for the public service facilities are put forward,including four parts: cognitive level,technical level,planning level and institutional level.
