| As the development of the building energy efficiency and reform ofthe new wall materials, which can save energy and space and the shale isyield rich, has been popularized in our country as a sustainable new wallmaterials. However, heat insulation performance of the perforated brickmasonry can’t reach50%of the design standard of building energyefficiency in Zhuzhou, it has to be improved. To solve the problems,according to the actual development of the perforated brick masonry andthe market economy level of Zhuzhou, this paper will design a newperforated brick masonry,which the insulation performance is good.To make this type of perforated brick masonry popularization andapplication, this paper has do some reach on the following aspects.1.By analyzing the heat transfer mechanism of the air layer, researchhow the hole pattern, length-width ratio, void ratio, hole rows and thehole arrangement of the perforated brick masonry affect the thermalperformance of the brick. The simulation experiment shows that: to meetthe production process and mechanical properties the longer edge shouldperpendicular to the direction of the heat flow, the aperture ratio shoulduse the rectangular hole as large as possible within the specified value, toincrease the hole arrangement and void ratio as much as possible to makethe wall and rib of the hole thinner, the hole arrangement adopt thestaggered arrangement to increase the extension coefficient of the walland rib.2.By the numerical simulation and analysis of the optimum framedesign of perforated brick masonry,and combining with the actualproduction process level in Zhuzhou designed a new perforated brickmasonry, which with favourable heat preservation. Experiment of thesample of the new perforated brick masonry on the heat transfercoefficient and compressive strength of walls. Experimental results showthat: the heat transfer coefficients of the new perforated brick masonry is1.10W/m2·K, with a4.3%~14.1%reduce of the perforated brick masonryin Zhuzhou market, on the other hand, its compressive strength is14.2MPa and the strength grades can reach MU10. If the new type wall coated with a nano insulation layer, the heat transfer coefficients will bereduced by20%on this basis, and the building energy efficiency reached50%. |
