Engineering Project Construction Quality Management Methods In The Research And Application

With the rapid development of market economy in recent years, the level of Construction Project Management is also improving rapidly. As a part of Construction Project Management, the Project Quality Management and Project Cost Management are becoming more and more scientific and effective. Relates to national security and people’s life and property of engineering construction quality of construction projects, involving the building construction business enterprise long-term development, relates to the social benefit and engineering use.This article elaborates the Project Quality Management systematically through the study on theory of quality management at home and abroad, combined with the characteristics of the development project of the Teaching Building Block B of North China Electric Power University to conduct an in-depth research on the Project Quality Management. Contents of this paper are as follows:In the first place, this paper introduces the basic characteristics, principles and processes of the Project Quality Management. The readers will have a preliminary knowledge and understanding on the Project Quality Management.Second, in the process of quality management of construction to targeted prevention and control, including manpower, materials, mechanical equipment, construction method and the influence factors of construction environment.Finally, combining with the north China electric power university for the project of the comprehensive teaching building block B, engineering quality management methods are discussed. By the quality target of planning, establish quality objectives, framework of project department organization management system. And from construction preparation, the materials procurement control, construction methods, construction process control, construction technology of data management until the final completion acceptance, etc, put forward the corresponding measures, to strengthen the whole process of building trade unions have project quality management, in order to solve the current construction project quality management of the main problems in provides the reference. Also puts forward the construction project quality dynamic control of the application of PDCA method, improve the quality of construction engineering has important significance for the future.
