Research On Risk Assessment Of Power Project Cost

Along with the increase of investment and the development of economy, there are more and more risk factors which affect power grid project construction cost. T胡Thus management and control of power grid project construction cost becomes crucial. In the process of power engineering construction, grid project is affected by uncertain factors caused by the behaviour change of government, project participants and power grid company. Uncertainty factors and risk events will lead to the unexpected power grid project, safety accident, delay or downtime, etc. So,it is necessary to identify all kinds of risk factors, and evaluate the size of the risk factors of power grid project construction cost, therefore provide support for effective management of risk.Firstly,this paper introduces the theory of project cost and risk management, such as the content of the project cost and risk classification, the goal and process of the project cost risk management. Secondly, the paper systematically analyzes the process and methods of the power grid project construction cost risk identification, analyzes risk identification, and builds the evaluation system of project cost risk. Then this paper summarizes the commonly used project cost risk evaluation method, and introduces LEC, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and monte carlo simulation method briefly. In this paper, the case of power grid project construction cost risk evaluation is calculated based on the LEC and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the monte carlo method is used to estimate the risk of this case. At last, combining the basic principles of risk management and traditional risk management strategy, this paper studys the avoidance strategy of power grid cost risk in different stages of the project construction.Through analysis of the power grid project construction cost risk management theory and the case, this paper finds that there exists certain risk of the power grid project construction cost, and we can take relevant measures to avoid it, the research of this paper has certain guiding significance to the power grid project construction cost risk management.
