| With the deepening of the development mode and the adjustment of economy structural in recent years, the construction of transportation and logistics system have continued to improve. Along with separation of government and enterprise and the reforms of railway freight organization, China’s railway freight market has made historic progress, having introduced a number of reform measures, such as real-goods registration system for transportation. However, from the development of China’s railway freight transportation perspective, railway freight market share dropped year by year since2005. The problems of railway express freight regular train are still exist, such as unstable operation, mismatched schedule, not always punctual.The category structure, manage pattern and market environment of railway high-value added scattered freight are different from the traditional goods classification. In view of these, it is has great significance in promoting China’s railway freight market developing to systematically analyse the changing situation of China’s railway freight market, to define the railway high-value added scattered freight and analyze its characteristics, to research the running section, the train types, the operation quantity of railway high-value added scattered freight regular train.Based on the research project background, through a lot of field research and data statistics, this thesis systematically studies the design of railway high-value added scattered freight regular train. The main research results are as follows.(1) The thesis make a statistical analyzing of the freight logistics market competition pattern and spatial structure in Shandong province, almost two-hundred thousand cargo flow OD of Jinan Bureau in2009-2012.Aiming at questionnaire investigation of the customers of Jinan Bureau, the thesis summarizes the flow and volume of railway high-value added scattered freight in Jinan Bureau, different running distance of goods structure regularity and customer requirements.(2) Using the research results like fuzzy clustering and neural network, the thesis design the selection index and method about railway high-value added scattered freight sending city. The thesis has constructed the design model based on regular train shortest running distance and cheapest cost of operation plan. In the case of the united transportation of railways and highways, The thesis discuss the time reverse method based on arriving side time window of freight operation,and design the description method of running section,running distance,running cost of railway high-value added scattered freight.(3) Taking the example of Zibo as operation city, the thesis design railway high-value added scattered freight operation plan crossing the railway Bureau about more than1000transportation distance and make evaluation and comparison of total length, operation cost,time consumption of all the operation plan. |
