With the implementation of west development in our own nation, the demand of traffic volume increase rapidly, especially large tonnage coal car has higher requirement to the subgrade carrying capacity, at the same time in Inner Mongolia, a large number of road is given priority to eolian sand region, and the research of construction technology for wind-blown sand subgrade compaction is very necessary, the results can provide technical support to road construction in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region and the western development. The paper is along the part of the eolian sand region from ZhunGeEr to XingHe, in the process of construction, based on the principle of adjust measures to local conditions local materials, the test requires a large number of eolian sand backfill and a series of laboratory and field test about eolian sand obtained the certain laboratory and outdoor test results.Firstly, a series of tests were carried out in the laboratory test process, determined the basic characteristic of the eolian sand ZhunGeEr area, at the same time, compared the heavy electric compaction, manual compaction, full water vibration three kinds of vibration test method, and has the correlation analysis, determined the full water vibration method was the most reasonable method to maximum dry density of eolian sand. In the construction site experiment, tested vibratory roller, to determine the compaction times, loose laying thickness, the best combination of vibration strength, finally the results showed that the best loose laying thickness is from40cm to50cm, and the best combination of vibration strength is:water-static pressure-water-strong vibration three times-the weak vibration; On the other hand, a series of tests were carried out to shock grinding, and methods of impact compaction effectiveness were tested and analyzed.
