Two-lane highways in low standard linear and two-way traffic interferenceproblems such as the traffic safety hidden danger is more, especially in the curvedslope sections, because of the speed of the car, visibility, traffic management, and otherreasons are more likely to become a traffic accident rates. With the increase of trafficflow, the security problem more prominent. Road traffic in the “12th five-year plan”clearly put forward trying to secondary and tertiary road section curve slope, slope,bending combination and other security hidden danger point section and accidentsection, the comprehensive improvement of the implementation. Therefore, two-laneroad section bending slope of road traffic safety problem has become the key area. Inmoney, time, under the influence of limiting factors in many aspects, how toobjectively evaluate the degree of danger of curved slope sections and determine thecontrol sequence has become a technical problem to be solved. So, on a two-lane roadsection bending slope safety assessment research, determine the security level ofcurved slope sections, put forward the corresponding improvement measures, toprovide effective support for the decision of highway maintenance constructionmanagers, has important theoretical significance and practical value.Due to renovation of many roads, but government funding is limited, it isimpossibility to increase the investment of road traffic safety, modify the road line,Increase traffic safety ancillary facilities and strengthen supervision of all roads. So, inorder to more effective treatment measures, we need take the road traffic safetyevaluation method to evaluate the degree of road.Based on a two-lane road section bending slope road safety problems existing inthe study, through the research of traffic safety factors, we found that, vehicle, road andenvironment of four factors on the two-lane road section bending slope in the mainimpact of road traffic safety.Through the bending slope sections of road traffic safety influence factorsanalysis, established the evaluation index system of safety based on road conditions,and defined the parameter values. About decision makers subjective factors and thecharacteristics of the measured data, we use entropy-sequence relations method todetermine evaluation index weights. Based on the index position and parameter values,build up the density of the ordered-weighted geometric averaging operator, and use itto calculated results. Through the analysis of the scope of the various indicators, hasbeen clear about the assessment rating system of the method.Through examples results show that this method can truly reflect the two-lanehighway curve slope of road traffic safety condition. Indicates that this evaluationmethod can be applied in assessment of two-lane highway curved slope sections, andprovide decision support for road traffic safety management.Finally, analysis of mountainous bending slope sections of road traffic safetyaccidents of various causes, we got the two-lane road section bending slope safety improvement measures.
