Study On The Measurement Method Of Urban Public Transportation Safety Level And Application Based On Entropy Weight Method

After the State Council issued guidance on the development of urban public transport in 2012,all departments carried out division of work and cooperation in accordance with the guidance,encouraged all provinces,autonomous regions to vigorously develop urban public transport,launched the establishment of "public transport demonstration city" nationwide,and the development of urban public transport entered a golden period,at the same time the city bus safety problems become the focus of public attention.Therefore,the current situation and existing problems of urban bus safety are deeply explored,the indicators suitable for urban bus safety evaluation are selected,the comprehensive evaluation index system of urban public transport safety was established,and the public transport safety in 16 cities in Anhui province was objectively evaluated by entropy weight method.According to the evaluation results,effective and feasible safety management measures were formulated to ensure residents to travel safely by public transport.In this paper,the research first,starting from the urban public transport safety factors,in person,vehicle,road and environment and urban public transport facilities as a starting point,analyses its influence on urban public transport safety degree,according to the result of influence from which primary indicators and by city bus principle and selection method of safety evaluation index selection,determine the final construction of evaluation index and evaluation index system.Secondly,the methods of urban public transport safety evaluation are studied,and the various methods of weight calculation are summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of different evaluation methods are analyzed respectively.Finally,entropy weight method is selected for comprehensive evaluationFinally,Anhui province is taken as an example to obtain basic index data,and the existing evaluation model and evaluation method are used to conduct comprehensive evaluation of bus safety in various cities,so as to verify the feasibility of the evaluation method,and the evaluation results are true and reliable,which can reflect the bus safety situation in various cities.
