Semi-rigid base construction technology have been researched a lot in domestic,and been promoted to apply in large areas of China. The paving effect is fine, whichshows that the pavement performance of materials have been improved significantly.However, now the paving thickness of single layer which our construction technologyapply to is limited to16~20cm. It not only does not fully reflect the large thicknessof compaction technology, and will not be clear on terms like the material control ofsegregation, compaction control standard and detection method. As it`s limited effect onthe improvement of pavement structure, we turn the study to construction technology oflarge thickness, in order to increase the overall performance of cement stabilizedmacadam base.In this paper, by means of vibration compaction method for test on cementstabilized gravel road performance study, put forward the corresponding constructiontechnology of large thickness, quality control and acceptance evaluation indexes, so asto promote and standardized application of the technology. First of all, based onvibration compaction method, this essay studied on the optimization of mixture ratioand pavement performance of cement stabilized grading crushed stones. Secondly, inorder to determine the construction technology of Large thickness of cement stabilizedmacadam base, it studied on large thickness of roller compaction equipment, rollingprocess, curing, compaction difference control, quality control on the scene, theanti-segregation measures etc. Thirdly, to make sure the quality control and acceptanceevaluation methods of large thickness cement stabilized grading crushed stones base,this essay made a research on compaction test method and quality control on the scene.It analysis the application of real engineering and technical economy.Through the research of this paper, it can effectively improve the efficiency ofcement stabilized macadam base construction, reduce early cracking destruction, tofurther improve the quality of asphalt pavement, prolong it`s working life. Then, it willadapt to the growing demand for economic construction, and meet demand of drivingexperience on safety and comfort. In a word, it will achieve greater economic and social benefits.
