The emergence of super thick and wide construction improve the above problems to some extent. In this paper, research on construction technology of cement stabilized macadam base by the method of super thick and wide construction were studied based on the melon star highway.First raw materials of cement stabilized macadam base by the method of super thick and wide construction were researched by joint aggregate processing technology in recent years, mix proportion design demand and project, The results show that raw materials should comply with the specification requirements. Cement dosage, gradation, water content, degree of compaction and unconfined compressive strength index has carried on the statistical analysis in the process of test road paving, this paper discusses the variability reason of construction and improvement measures. The distribution of stress and strain of pavement were collected and analysised by embedded sensors in melon star road 9 the.
