Liner-type lock wall is a kind of economy, to adapt to the structure, its applicationis very extensive. Lock wall in engineering design, lining structure calculation methodis mainly based on the basic assumption that the analytic method of mechanics ofmaterials, but its calculation is very difficult to reflect the interaction between rock andlining wall and the structure stress concentration, size and location of its value. And thisis often the structure of the main causes of cracks and even damage. Brake of liningwall structure, therefore, to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the internal force andthe research, analysis and calculation, using a reasonable method for ship lock structureoptimization design and is of great significance to protect the safety of its operation.This paper mainly USES the analytical method (material mechanics simplifiedcalculation method) and finite element simulation calculation method of ANSYS brakewall of lining structure is calculated respectively, and the main contents are as follows:1,To collect and ship lock at home and abroad related literature reading,understanding of the current research and development status of shiplock structures athome and abroad. And according to characteristics of lining brake wall structure, theadvantages and disadvantages of the existing calculation method are reviewed.2, To rely on lock engineering, using the simplified method, the finite elementmethod to calculate the results compared with the prototype observation datarespectively analysis, simplified method possesses the advantages of simple calculation,but in the brake wall internal force calculation, determine the position of the structuralstress concentration and its size have limitations, cannot reflect the lining brake wallstructure and the interaction of rock mass, and part of the structure stress and straincalculated results have some difference with actual situation. Explain simplified methodis difficult to meet the needs of the brake lining type wall structure calculation.3, Compared with the simplified method, the calculation result of finite elementmethod (fem) and more close to the prototype observation data, and can easily find thelining inside the brake wall structure, dangerous and stress value of the brake more trulyreflect the lining wall structure stress.4,Liner-type lock wall structure of the three-dimensional nonlinear finite elementcalculation results show that in the building, operation, maintenance and specialworking conditions, low water lining brake at the top of the wall have to the inside of the deformation trend, on the top of the lock wall inside the Y direction, the maximumdeformation.5, Through the wall of lining the ladder of the comparison of contact compressivestress and shear stress, the contact stress distribution on the vertical wall and steps, andby comparison with maintenance and low water operation condition, found that thecontact stress distribution and form of the similar, and the difference is not big.
