With the sustainable and stable development of national economy, more and more attention is put to infrastructure. As a large project in our country, waterway engineering has developed prosperously recent years, one of which is the ship lock. The lock head is a main part of the ship lock, whose veracity of structure calculation will decide the rationality of design of ship lock.Basing on the general software ANSYS10.0,the writer established a 3d nonlinear elastoplastic fem model,calculated the lock head structure by D-P criterion,compare and analysised the stress and strain distribution characteristics of the Xinzheng lock head of shiplock which is in the JiaLing river under different conditions,in the mean while proved the correctness and practicability of the model of shiplock structures and analysis effect of the key factors on lock head structure stress in order to provide the reference for the shiplock calculation. The chief work is as follows:1)Through extensive reading literature at home and abroad, study on calculation method of lock head and development situation were clear. On the basis, existing calculating method of lock head was described. Meanwhile, the advantages and disadvantages of two methods were reviewed and compared in detail.2)Basic principle and application on project of 3-D non-linear finite element analysis are discussed and summarized systematically. Through analysis on a small example, the non-linear structural calculation process by finite element analysis software was familiar and mastered. Meanwhile, the non-linear constitutive model in this software was described detailedly. Besides, through analysis on present literatures, D-P yield criterion was used for structure calculation of lock head.3)Combined with project example, non-linear structural calculation on the lock head of Jialingjiang Xinzheng lock was carried out.Displacement and stress distribution characteristics was respectively analyzed and calculated outside pier of lock by means of analytic method in order to proved the correctness of the model of establishment and calculateion.4)Using the single factor analysis on the impact of structure force factors , the results showed that: the higher backfill strength,the smaller structural stress and displacement, the greater the contrast, but the influencement of backfill internal friction angle change for the structure stress and displacement is more distinct than cohesion; as uniformly of backfill affects the structure stress and displacement a lot, it is a key factor .
