Electric fork lift is an important transport device of material production, which has been in use DC motor drive. With the development of AC motor control theory, electric forklift has rarely use DC motor as drivingunit, AC electric driveinto the mainstream. Compared with DC motor, AC motor has more broad prospects. In this paper, electric forklift research induction motor speed control system as the background, a single-chip as the core of the motorcontroller was developed. Research using the indirect vector control strategy, the accurate, effective control of the drive system of electric forklift, in order to improve the performance of electric forklift.First of all, the paper describes the mathematical model of three-phase AC asynchronous motor and the coordinate transformation, on the basis of the principle of asynchronous motor indirect vector control principle and SVPWM analysis. Have a certain understanding on physical circuit of asynchronous motor model, but also master the off-line parameter identification of motor.Finally, the control strategy is proposed in this paper by using the Matlab simulation software simulation, to verify the feasibility of the controlstrategy. Electric forklift driving control requirements of reliability, durability strong,so this system uses the high performance XE164FN chip Infineon as control chip, and on the basis of the hardware and software design of the system.Finally, to verify the feasibility of the system, the trial experiment board and a lot of debugging, perform well in advance, electric forklift steering, climbing,braking and a series of actions, the ideal current waveform, his system can realize the reliable high performance control of asynchronous motor.
