| With the development of society and economy, the capacity of the existinghighway can’t meet the traffic demand, the expansion of the highway has become aninevitable trend. Taking the renovation and expansion project of the Lianghuohighway Luosanling sections for example, and through the theoretical analysis andpractical application, this thesis has mainly discussed the technical conditionevaluation of the highway status quo, the highway expansion optimization design andthe decision-making of the bridges across the highway extension. the main researchcontents are as follows:(1) Investigate the present situation of the project, and analyze the status quo ofhighway disease types and the causes of those diseases, to providing the basic data forthe technical condition evaluation of the highway status quo and extension design andconstruction.(2)Put forward a highway pavement performance evaluation method based onthe Delphi-Ideal point theory, a variable weight synthesis evaluation method basedon the "Highway Bridge Maintenance Technical Specifications" to evaluate thecurrent situation of the highway bridge technology condition, a highway roadbedtechnology evaluation method based on the "FD method" and the expert scoringmethod. And taking the technical condition index of the embankment, pavement,bridges, tunnels and facilities along as the evaluation index, establish a grayclustering decision model to comprehensive evaluate the current status of thehighway technology situation.(3)Give advices to the graphic design method, the profile fitting design methodand the flat combination design requirements the highway expansion route, analysisthe optimization measures of the lianghuo highway Luosanling sections expansionproject route design, and emphatically study the optimization measures of the longlongitudinal, the research results have a certain reference value for the similarhighway expansions. (4)There are four renovation and expansion programs of the bridges across thehighway, They are the overall demolition and reconstruction, partial demolition totake long, just splitting the old bridge and keeping the old bridge. The evaluationindexes of the bridges across the highway are determined by the influence factors inthe bridges renovation and expansion, The evaluation indexes are the economy, themain constraints, load capacity of old bridge, old bridge normal use performance andold bridge traffic conditions, by the analytic hierarchy process method (AHP) todetermine evaluation index weights, and then through the fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method to evaluate the various renovation and expansion program schemes,determine the most reasonably and practicable scheme. And then through caseanalysis, verify the feasibility of the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive decision model. |
