The Study On Progressive Collapse Of Multistory Frame Structure

Review of progressive collapse events, we found that the progressive collapse of structures is no longer a new topic. Since1968UK Ronan Point apartment’s collapse events to now, foreign research has carried out more than forty years of progressive collapse of structure, the proposed system for anti collapse design gives a lot of advice, which has made great achievements. In the aspects of structure progressive collapse, our country start the study lately, after the9.11events, the domestic scholars have conducted extensive research.But due to late start, no in-depth study and specification, our specification only gives the design principle and process, and no specific design method has practical significance. Therefore, against progressive collapse has big research space, also need continuous efforts.Comparative summary of this studies on the current situation of the progressive collapse resistance of domestic and international exposition and analysis method, we can obtain some effective methods of anti progressive collapse and reinforcement measures. I use the multi-story frame structure as the building model, the collapse of the software PKPM to analysis structures. The main research contents are as follows:1. Descript the domestic and foreign research present situation of the progressive collapse resistance at present, introduce and analyze in detail the main international on this specification. With reference to the design method for progressive collapse of abroad, the progressive collapse resisting provide guidance and advice to design our structure.2. By using the method of linear static analysis, use the PKPM software to model and remove the key component of a multi-story frame structure, so as to analyze the residual or progressive collapse, and the influence of different parts of component failure to bring.3. Through the different influence on structural progressive collapse for different parts of model after failure, improve the ability of resisting progressive collapse from the concept and the actual construction process etc. 4. Finally summary, and point out the shortcomings, for further research in this aspect of the proposal.
