With the rapid development of road transport in recent years, China’s roadtransport vehicle overloading phenomenon is very common, and almost all freightvehicles are varying degrees of overloading behavior, national and local authoritieshave launched a series of governance and achieved some success. But overloadinginvolves a wide range, great governance is difficult, plus interest on the drive, makingthe phenomenon more serious overloading. Therefore, an accurate use of the car is veryimportant for balanced development of the country ’s transport sector. This articlereviews the basic principles and general structure of single-chip microcontroller controlsystem design and implementation of intelligent vehicle weighting method is proposedbased on single-chip control system design principles, content and procedure. For theweighing process, using SCM data collection, processing and data transmission andautomatic license plate recognition cameras, and ultimately unattended, intelligentcontrol.This design first introduced about the basics of the instrument hardwareapplications, systems, and then describes the truck’s structure and composition, workingprinciple and hardware emulation circuit design, software, and ultimately completed aset of digital electronic truck scale weighing system hardware and software design tasks.Accuracy, reliability, strength, resistance, and anti-cheating device performance hasbeen greatly improved.Experimental use of Proteus microcontroller circuit design and simulation, the useof KEILC51programming, use of Proteus schematic design. The program’s design, thepurpose is to design an intelligent truck measuring system and make the system capableof using a computer to become a management and communications, automatic controlsets an intelligent measurement system. In addition to its vehicles with conventionalmeasurement capabilities, the need to have a single communication device can use tocontrol a variety of monitoring equipment. Thus able to provide users with fast,convenient and practical measurement system.
