Intelligent Beam also calls"Stage lighting",which is one of stage fine arts modeling methods.It uses the stage lighting(for example illumination lamps and lanterns,Intelligent Beam,control system and so on) and the technical method,by change of the lightcolor,the luminosity and the light position shows performance environment,exaggerates the atmosphere,gives prominence to the character,creates the spatial feeling and the time feeling of stage,molds the stage performance exterior image,and provides the essential light effect(for example wind,rain,cloud,water,fire, lightning and so on).This thesis is consisted of hardware part and software part,and analyzes the causes which influence the precision of the system.(1) In hardware part,six pieces of C8051F020 is used as main controller which is 8 bit microcontroller produced by Cygnal.Two-phases stepping motor which is driven by invariable torque and dual chopper driver L6024 and three-phase hybridm stepping motors which is driven by three-phase dual chopper driver,is used as executing component.All the motors are driven by SPWM.This Intelligent Beam contains 24 channels,which are Shutter,Colors,Gobos,Rotor Gobos,Pan,Tilt and so on.(2) In software part,the paper divides the whole construction of the system software as below:main program module,initialization module,menu display module,communication module,two phases stepping motor driving module,three phases stepping motor driving module,pan control module,tilt control module,focus control module,zoom control module,iris control module,shutter control module,CMY color mixture control module,color control module,gobol and gobo2 control module,gobol and gobo2 rotor module,effects control module,effects robo control module and.According to the characteristic of different modules,the thesis has used different arithmetics. (3) The thesis puts forward the optimal project basing on calculating the performance and cost.It analyses the normal malfunctions and the causes which influence the precision of the system,and applied the resolvent.
