This article against a rut agent research status at home and abroad to do a wide range of research and analysis, research and development to produce environmental pollution of material of waste tire rubber powder and waste plastic as main composition of anti-rutting materials, not only can realize the comprehensive utilization of the waste, but also can greatly improve the road performance of asphalt concrete pavement, especially high temperature rutting resistance, has wide application prospect.Thesis on the basis of research results at home and abroad, focusing on waste tire rubber powder and waste plastics modified asphalt performance is studied, and the composite fiber modified asphalt concrete road use performance is studied, based on the finite element software ANSYS of fiber reinforced asphalt mixture for the corresponding numerical simulation, developed economic and practical composite anti-rutting agent. Article the cause of system analysis of the current rut of asphalt pavement diseases, forming mechanism, rutting damage, and prevent and solve the problem of asphalt pavement rutting is studied.The paper has done research to the following conclusion:(1) by adding the anti-rutting agent for road asphalt mixture performance test study, with the increase of anti-rutting agent dosage, the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture and the low temperature crack resistance obtained obvious enhancement;(2) put forward the construction technology for high rutting of asphalt mixture additive;(3) of the rutting resistance of fiber reinforced asphalt mixture are simulated, the results show that adding asphalt concrete pavement anti-rutting agent vehicle load resistance ability has been improved obviously.
