| In last decades, China’s civilian vehicles maintain rapid growth in volume year by year.Especially after the18thNational Congress of CPC, we actively promote the construction ofthe new urbanization and national pilot smart city, the traditional park and its technologycan’t meet the needs of the new situation.Currently, there are some disadvantages of traditional park. For example: we can’tmonitor the state of spaces in large or very large park, and we also can’t control a variety oflighting equipment in park intelligently.it will cost too much to remodel or extend a parkbased on a wired network, and it’s not convenient enough to search a vehicle by license platenumber or stall number. Therefore, some new technologies are required for meeting the actualdemand of the park and constructing the smart city. In particular, by employing ZigBeewireless network technology and modern sensor technology, we design the hardware andsoftware of the intelligent park. The main content of this paper are summarized as follows:(1) The license plate recognition system is designed. This paper introduces the theoriesof the license plate location, the character segmentation and the character recognition, andcheck out it by MATLAB simulations;(2) In the research section of ZigBee wireless communication system, this paper designsthe hardware circuit of ZigBee nodes, and study the working process of Z-Stack. To form acommunication network, this paper proposes the network structure and node layout scheme;(3) This paper designs the techniques of ultrasonic ranging to detect the usage status of apark space;(4) In the design section of intelligent lighting, this paper describes the process ofmanaging the lighting equipment intelligently based on human pyroelectric;(5) The paper develops management system based on Visual Basic. The currently usagestatus of park space and the lighting brightness are shown in this system. By using Access, users can search a vehicle by license plate number or stall number.Considering the disadvantages of traditional park, this paper researches some of the keytechnologies of intelligent park, and verifies the feasibility of technical solutions. Althoughthere is a gap between the designed park and the actual park, the related simulation andphysical studies can provide some reference to the construction of intelligent park. |
