With the improvement of the national economy,the number of motor vehicles shows a rapid growth trend.Stereo garage and intelligent parking have become the most important part of the construction of the people's livelihood.In recent years,the design and management of large and medium-sized parking lots in some cities are becoming more and more intelligent.But there are still some problems.Such as: Guidance information is not detailed enough in the parking lot.Parking access management falls behind.Entering and going out of parking lot are low efficiency.Parking lot is getting bigger and bigger.When the user forgets the location of the vehicle,it is difficult to find it.Therefore,it is more convenient to people with developing intelligent parking or upgrading the existing parking lot.Adding video parking guidance and the reverse car searching make people more comfortable.It has great practical significance to solve the bottleneck problem of "parking hard and searching car slowly" and promote the rapid development of static traffic.The research of this paper has the prospect of market application and the value of promotion.This paper focuses on system design,parking control method,algorithm of reverse path,design of human-computer interaction interface.The research mainly includes the following aspects.The intelligent parking management system based on ultrasonic testing and license plate recognition was studied.The general scheme of the management system was given.The basic method of license plate recognition in the parking lot intelligent management process was discussed.The wireless communication scheme and overall design scheme of close range sensor detection design were given.The method of measuring and controlling in intelligent parking lot was studied,and the realization method of license plate recognition in the measurement and control management system was given.Include license plate preprocessing(gray scale conversion,gray level correction,smooth processing),license plate location(mathematical morphology),character segmentation(four connected method),character recognition(template matching)and so on.Vehicle in-position detection process was designed.The commonly shortest path planning algorithm was discussed.The Dijkstra optimal path planning algorithm based on time was studied,it was modeled and simulated.According to the reverse car search process,a time-based path planning algorithm transplantation with the Win CE system of ARM11 was achieved.Use the touch screen to reverse car,so that the user can quickly find the location of the vehicle on the touch screen.Video parking guide program was given.On the basis of analyzing the function of vehicle detector,the hardware design of vehicle detector was completed,including parking status detection circuit,parking image acquisition module,wireless communication circuits,voltage regulator circuits and so on.Working process was given and program design was completed with C language as the development language.The software design of the parking lot management system adopted the modularization idea to complete the functions of entrance management,communication management and information management.Parking management system was programmed with C++.The parking lot information storage analysis and other related functions were achieved by SQL 2005.The paper has the promotion function to the existing intelligent parking lot and the intelligent parking lot.The reverse car system and video parking guidance fulfills modern consumer demand.It has practical value and application prospects,The paper has some positive effect on improving the level of static traffic management and the efficiency of parking operation.
