This paper had combined with zhangjiagang Furui special equipment Limited by ShareLtd’s project,“scrapped diesel engine re-manufacturing natural gas engine”. Since the fuel ofre-manufacturing natural gas engine changed, the author had matched electronic controlsystem for re-manufacturing natural gas engine and calibrated it, so that the performance levelof re-manufacture natural gas engine can reach the same types of new natural gas engine.From two aspects of technology and the cost of remanufacturing, the author had matchedelectronic regulator system based on electronic pressure regulator and proportional mixer, andselected the main components of this system for WT615re-manufacturing natural gasengine,application of the lean burn technology and Oxidation catalyst converterIn low speed, in order to increase engine exhaust temperature and the mixed gas pressure,the engine torque output and improve the engine low speed dynamic response performancecan be released, in precondition of engine economic performance is not deteriorated, theauthor had reduced spark advance angle to back the combustion phase and enriched mixtureto increase unit mixed gas calorific value. In high speed, in order to optimize the engineeconomy performance and exhaust temperature, the author had increased the spark advanceangle to advance combustion phase and selected lean mixed gas to get a more sufficientcombustion in cylinder.After the optimization of calibration, the maximum torque of re-manufacturing naturalgas engine is1339N.m/1400rpm, the highest exhaust temperature before turbocharger is660℃/1000rpm, the maximum power is252.4kw/2200rpm, the gas consumption rate at themaximum power point is198g/kw.h. Compared with the new machine WT615natural gasengine, the maximum torque had reached to99%, the other performance parameters are betterthan the new machine, the calibration requirements of re-manufacturing natural gas enginehas been achieved.Based on the analysis of electronic direct injection system, electronic pressure regulatingsystem and electronic controlled fuel injection system, and the summary of calibrationmethods, the article can provide certain reference for similar natural gas engine in calibrationand electric control system matching.
