| :Methods used in environment impact assessment now include analytic hierarchy process method, fuzzy evaluation method and entropy method, which cannot solve the spatial problem. The noise of high-speed railway is always engaged in large scale, which cause the using of space-based index. In this paper, the proposed method is to use idea point method in every grid cell to assess the environment impact of noise produced by high-speed railway, which can realize the spatial analysis of Environment Impact Assessment. Compared to traditional methods, this method is much more reasonable.The author has carried out works as follows, which is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (51078361) and soft science key project of hunan province(2008ZK2015):Cause to the characteristic of high-speed railway noise which changes with railway type and distance from sensitive region to line center, when we calculate the environment impact of railway noise, we divide the sensitive region into several parts, in which railway type and distance from sensitive region to line center are same. By using raster GIS, we can make a raster calculating to every part’s noise assessment index raster, and then can get the assessment result of every sensitive region part. By using raster statistic, we can get the environment impact assessment result of the whole line.In this article, a new way of high-speed railway noise environment impact assessment by dividing the sensitive region into several parts was built. On base of this new way, a new environment impact assessment system of high-speed railway noise was also built. By using this system, an environment impact assessment of two high-speed railway noise was done, and also a deep analysis of the result. |
