With the rapid development of China’s industrial manufacturing and IT,The carhas become a necessity in people’s lives. And with the continuous improvement forall aspects of vehicle performance requirements as well as laws and regulations forincreasingly stringent requirements on automobile exhaust emissions, the enginecontrol technology has been more and more extensive and in-depth development. The problem is that we do not have independent intellectual property rights of themost advanced high pressure common rail fuel injection system for domestic. Tosolve this problem, this article designs the system for localization of the injectorcontrol strategy software in this system. In view of the problem which will be involved in the high pressure common railfuel injection system, this article studies of related knowledge for the high-pressurecommon rail system. Based on the brief introduction to the basic concepts, principlesand methods of the high pressure common rail fuel injection system, this articleintroduces the related technology of the system. Analysis of PID control algorithmfor fuel injection control system, and modes the system data and process withposition PID and incremental PID. Presents the system design of control strategy, and design the control structure of the realization. The simulation results of the high pressure common rail fuel injection systemshows that, the amended incremental PID control strategy through the centeralgorithm can be good on the utilization of fuel and reduce exhaust emissions, andachieve the intended purpose. Bench test for the overall system in the future as wellas commercial production provides a theoretical basis and practical support.
