| Fast response speed and high pointing accuracy are the development trend ofmodern radar servo system.The improvement of radar servo system’s performance isrestricted by mechanical structure factors,which is the carrier of the radar servo system.Thus the research on influence of structure factors on the performance of the servosystem has important significance.First, This paper establishes a dynamic model of a certain radar antenna pedestalconsidering time-varying meshing stiffness, friction and backlash, and simulates thedynamic characteristics using this model. Next,the dynamic model is programmed andpackaged using MATLAB/SIMULINK technology.Then the whole system model ofthe radar antenna pedestal including control part is established. The effect of structuralfactors on servo performance is simulated using the new model.In order to verify the accuracy of modeling method and do some research on theeffect of structural factors on servo performance based on the experimental data, somerelated experiments were performed in a servo test bench which was manufactured byourself.Some chart conclusions were got.A method of measurement of spur gear dynamic meshing stiffness was designedcomprehensively applying of the modeling method and the servo test bench,Thenational patent was obtained already. |
