With rapid development of national high-speed railway, high-speed and heavy duty require high performance to structral elements of railway-cars. Especially, it needs reliable and convienient theories to held up the design of high-speed bogie frame. Standard test bench with multichannel hydraulic servo-system can be used to standardize the dynamic spectrum of loading system on frame, which referred to practical datas can evaluate 1 loading system property in practical condition.The paper mainly design and calculate the mechanical parts of test bench, and check the performences of hydraulic servo-system. Firstly, it models mechanical parts by three dimentional designing software, then grid mesh it using Hypermesh, analyse strength and mode. Secondly, it takes several steps to modify decisions until the results meet design requirements that concludes caculation of cast-iron bench, gantries and the contact-analysis of bolts-joint set. Thirdly, it checks and calculates the hydraulic servo-system provided by MTS. Besides, it sets up the tranfer function block diagram of symmetry hydraulic servo-system. Lastly, it introduces standarized principals and procedures, and takes CRH2 200km/h bogie frame as an example to specify the whole course.With research of test bench system, it makes us well known that the mechanical parts in the article are in accordance with job requirements of test bench, and also the performances of hydraulic servo-system meet working condition entirely. After the completement of test-bench, it will have standard tests to various high-speed bogie frame and construct loading spectrum of frames. In additon, it can provide basic foundation to the design of national high-speed bogie frame and key judgment of reliability test.
