In recent years, Chinese urban rail transit construction procedure speeds upsignificantly, but lacks of the quantitative analysis of guiding function to rail transitjust because the study of urban rail transit and urban spatial form is relatively few.The spatial structure of stations around rail traffic being the research object, this paperis committed to analyzing the impact mechanism of urban rail transit towards spatialdistribution at the block level, and serves as a reference for subsequent rail trafficplanning and construction. This paper, firstly, combing analyzes the guiding function of rail transit andsummarizes the rail transit stations and the network types, then elaborates the guidingfunction respectively in three aspects, that is city area, city space, and city blocks, providing theoretical support for the follow-up studies. Then selecting cities at home and abroad as successful cases, this paper analyzesthe mechanism of coordinated development of the urban rail transit and city space ofthose cities, and focus on analyzes the development and redevelopment mode of thesurrounding space of rail transit station.Afterwards, to determine the impact scope of rail transit station with theliterature arrangement and data investigation methods. Based on that scope, to pointout what can be optimized about the city spatial structure around rail transit stationsin our country by qualitative and quantitative comparison and analysis of urban spaceat home and abroad.Taking Shijiazhuang as an example, to learn the land use structure surroundingits stations by doing statistics, to analyzes the nature of land use, to collect theresidents’ travel characteristics and the basic data of service facilities around itsstations through field research method, to do regression analysis on spatial formsurrounding the rail transit stations by Logistic Regression Analysis method, whichall to determine the influencing mechanism of each influence factors of spatial formsurrounding urban rail transit stations to urban spatial structure. This paper studies the internal relationship among rail transit, city space and theresident trip characteristics from the microcosmic point of view, and summarizes therail transit’s guiding function to urban space at the three levels of macroscopic view,mid-scopic view and microscopic view; Determines the influence scope of rail transitstation at the neighborhood level is800meters; It can be seen that some domesticurban land use and spatial structure surrounding metro stations is not perfect, and thatmetro station surrounding land use mixed degree is low, through comparing betweendomestic and foreign cities; The land use structure of business facilities, schoolingand medical care and other public service facilities, sports cultural facilities andrecreational facilities such as Green Square around stations will be adjusted, and thenwhich prompts the urban spatial structure more reasonable. The paper takes rail traffic’s guiding function on the city spatial structure as a startingpoint, to do research and analysis from macroscopic view to microscopic viewgradually, and finally determines the impact of block level is the internal mechanismof guiding function. Determining the stations influence scope provides theoreticalsupport for city rail transit network planning and stations setting up. Theory guidespractice. At last, through comparative analysis and regression analysis of the case city, quantizing the internal impact factors of rail transit on urban spatial form, to find thebalanced development point among economy, energy, transportation and urban space. This paper has theoretical guiding significance and practical referencing significanceto the city rail transit planning. And it can provide a reference for the urban masterand transportation planning and construction.
