This thesis attempts to utilize such theories as3D digital dynamic managementTechniques, Earned Value Management, Cost-significant, Back-Propagation NeuralNetwork (BPNN) and Gray model and so on to develop and apply3D DigitalDynamic management software system. This system is applied to controlling the cost,duration, quality, environmental protection and safety for the Yangjiagou Bridgeproject management of the municipal infrastructural projects in Bazhong City,Szechwan Province by China Communications (Bazhong) Investment&Development CO.by headquarters building project manager, so that the economic andsocial performance of the project’s management is gotten a large promotion. Thispaper mainly include: firstly,3D digital object management system in bridgeconstruction is established. Before the construction, according to constructioncharacteristic and technical requirements of bridge construction, data of various typesof work, professional technology, construction and management should be collectedextensively. Then, by using techniques such as Gray model,3D digital dynamicmanagement Techniques, PERT network techniques and Cost-significant, virtualstatic object optimization management system in tunnel construction can beestablished. Secondly,3D digital dynamic management system in bridge constructionis built. In the process of construction, this article use the EVM, PDCA cyclemanagement, CS, and PERT Critical Control Point, VR and other technologies tocreate virtual dynamic optimal management system, so that managers can sum up andanalyze the condition of projects completed visually and intuitively, and analyzeproblems and reasons existing in the process of construction in time. Then managescan predict the problems that probably arise, make pre-control countermeasures,realize constant loop optimization and control of construction process, and nip hiddendangers and problems of the construction in the blossom, so that assurance of timelimit for project and cost saving can be realized. Through the above practicalapplication and operation of the system, each optimized management scheme can realize simulation run visually in the virtual map in advance, provide advanceddecision-making platform and methods for managers. During the course ofconstruction phase, each project management can know clearly about the situation ofthe next phase of work, the problems that should be solved such as time limit for theproject and cost, and the pre-control measures when and where through the computervirtual visualization system. Thereby, the efficiency and level of management oftunnel construction can be enhanced greatly.
